Job Description:
As a Concrete Finisher at Detailed Concrete Inc., you will be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Concrete Placement and Finishing: Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, footings, pathways, or driveways using a variety of hand and power tools.
Form Setting and Alignment: Shape concrete using molds and tools, and align forms for driveways, pathways, or foundations.
Surface Preparation: Level and smooth edges using float, trowel, or straightedge.
Inspection and Repair: Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and repair any defects in concrete surfaces.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Concrete Finisher
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to concrete finishing.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of concrete types, properties, and finishing techniques.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with crew members and supervisors.
Availability: Flexible schedule
Certification: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Skills: Experience with decorative concrete finishes, such as stamping or coloring, is a plus.
Bilingual: Ability to communicate in Spanish or Punjabi is beneficial.
