Now Hiring: Electricians - Lakeland, FL

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required - OSHA 10 Required

Please note: CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced electricians will be considered.

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Electricians for projects in Lakeland, FL. We're looking for dependable tradesmen who are bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong technical skills and a desire to grow into long-term employment.

? This role is intended to convert to full-time hire after 6 weeks (250 hours) for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - non-negotiable

• OSHA 10 Certification required (we can help get you set up if you don't have one yet)

• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and prints

• Physically capable of performing and teaching all listed tasks on-site

• Tech savvy and comfortable with basic computer use

• Reliable transportation

• Must remain drug-free and pass any required screenings

Preferred Experience:

• Leading a crew of 5-10 workers (preferred but motivated candidates wanting to advance will be considered)

• Tie-in of lighting and low voltage control systems

• Pipe bending, MC cable installation, wire pulling

• Panel termination, breaker installation

• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

Job Duties:

• Perform rough-in, installation, and final electrical work

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Teach, guide, and lead crew members as needed

• Maintain safe work practices and comply with OSHA standards

• Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and crew

Special Notes:

• This position is intended for full-time hire after 6 weeks (250 hours) if performance, reliability, and leadership meet expectations.
