LANDSCAPE LABORER (3) Temporary Full Time Position 10/1/25-11/30/25, Landscapeor maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform avariety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming,planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarlesssegmental concrete masonry wall units /DAILY TRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN LAKE,GEAUGA , AND CUYAHOGA COUNTIES IN OHIO. .. Job order isbeing placed in connection with future filing for H2B labor certification. Must be eligible within the USA andavailable entire work period. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employerwill reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging)from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work contract or where theworker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportationand subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if employer hasappropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least of the work days in each 12 week periodof total employment period. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per /day during travelto a maximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts. . Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for allvisa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (excluding passport fees).
