Plant/Maintain trees, shrubs, perennials, grass. Perform duties to include: lay sod, mow, trim, fertilize, rake, plant, water, dig. hand weed, install mulch and soil. Use a variety of hand tools/equipment such as mowers and weed eaters. Maintain and repair tools, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, fences, or benches, using hand or power tools. Haul or spread topsoil or other landscaping bulk materials. Maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning. Snow shovel by hand using shovels. Spread salt by hand on driveways and shared walkways. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
