HVAC Installation & Service Technician Residential & Light Commercial

What Youll Do:

Install & Service HVAC systems (residential and/or light commercial) including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, and mini-splits

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs to ensure accurate system placement

Perform start-ups, testing, and system commissioning

Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specs

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What Were Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC installation or Service experience (residential/light commercial)

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical aptitude

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and handle physical labor

Excellent customer service and communication skills

NATE certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
