**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and support a team of laborers and carpenters on-site.
+ Ensure construction forms are built accurately to specifications.
+ Supervise and assist during panel pouring to meet blueprint standards.
+ Participate in various construction tasks including tilt-ups, cast-in-place, and new builds.
**Essential Skills**
+ 24 years of commercial construction experience.
+ Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with tilt-up and cast-in-place construction.
+ Familiarity with new construction projects and concrete work.
