What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll be hands-on in our fast-paced food manufacturing facility: Pre-label and feed bags into the bagger system. Operate and troubleshoot bagger software and perform light maintenance. Ensure bags are sealed and weighed to meet quality standards. Work with panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, and packaging equipment. Mix, batch, pan, and pack a variety of products. Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. What You Bring Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. Experience in packing, palletizing, machine operation, blending, or visual inspection. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred (food manufacturing is a plus). A desire to grow and advance within the company. Shifts Available 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday - Friday) 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM (2/2/3 rotating schedule) Pay $18.50 - $20.00/hour , based on experience and shift.
