As a vital member of our Anchorage and Northwest team, youll have the chance to work on challenging projects where well depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. Youll grow professionally with us because well rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. Youll be leading multidiscipline design and construction management teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. Your relationships with our clients and communities in the Northwest will support our growth with key and strategic pursuits of traditional planning and design projects as well as alternative delivery opportunities.

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

Alaska Professional Engineer (P.E.) (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with Alaska DOT, Municipality of Anchorage and other local agencies

At least 8 years of progressive experience as a lead discipline engineer and/or deputy project manager in Transportation and Highway engineering

Ability to demonstrate Project Leadership experience

Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines

Strong networks and relationships in the Alaska transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms.
