Opening: Project Engineer/Manager (Healthcare Projects)
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $70,000 - $90,000

Were partnering with a well-established, locally operated construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial projects throughout Anchorage and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on healthcare construction, this team prides itself on precision, accountability, and a deep-rooted commitment to the local community.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Oversee and manage healthcare-related construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Lead project planning meetings, maintain project schedules, and manage change orders
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Regularly report on project status and proactively resolve issues as they arise

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in construction project engineering or project management
• Strong background in healthcare construction preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
