As a Civil Structural Engineer - Transmission you will: Design and analyze steel and concrete structures for transmission lines, substations, and related infrastructure Conduct structural calculations, geotechnical evaluations, and site development planning Create and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure alignment and integration across disciplines Support permitting, environmental compliance, and utility standards Perform field inspections and site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality assurance Use software tools (e.g., PLS-CADD, STAAD, AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to develop efficient and code-compliant designs Stay informed about industry standards and regulatory updates (e.g., IEEE, ASCE, NESC) This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
