Position OverviewSiteOne has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, and we are expanding our distribution center network to ensure best in class service levels to our branch locations. We are looking to hire an Inbound Operations Supervisor for our new DC located in the greater Kenosha, WI area.
The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for managing all inbound operations within the distribution center, including receiving, unloading, put-away, and inventory replenishment. This role ensures that all incoming shipments are processed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Inbound Supervisor leads a team of associates and works closely with inventory control and outbound teams to support overall warehouse performance.
What you'll do:
- Supervise daily inbound operations including receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away of goods.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet performance and safety goals.
- Monitor workflow and adjust labor as needed to meet operational demands.
- Collaborate with inventory control, inbound, and transportation teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping documentation.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track productivity and resolve issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Execute and deliver daily reports and updates to the Operations Manager.

Travel requirements:
- Up to 45% out-of-state travel during first 90 days of onboarding
- Skills We Are Seeking
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inbound logistics and receiving procedures.
- Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds as part of a team lift.
- Forklift certification a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
