- Provide support to either the A&E Team (cell tower projects) or Energy Team (EV Battery charging station and gas station design commercial projects) based on your strengths and interests.
- Participate in design support within projects, dedicating a small portion of your time to this area.
- Conduct QA/QC of project responsibilities and deliverables.
- Manage projects, with specifics defined based on the department and projects you support.
- Engage in potential business development opportunities as you grow in your role, including attending conferences with department leads.
- Develop into a pivotal leader, helping to build the department from the ground up and exhibiting a proactive, go-getter mentality.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Competence in project management.
- Experience in civil design and using Autocad Civil 3D.
- Engineering skills, particularly in CAD.
- Preferably holding an EIT certification or being a recent new g r a d u a t e
You will collaborate closely with the Energy Department and A&E Team Managers. The company offers 1.5 hours of PTO accrual per week and observes 8 holidays annually.
