Project Manager

Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project production plans and schedules.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders with team members.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and team members.
Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and progress.
Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during construction.
Track project expenses and ensure financial objectives are met.
Prepare and present progress reports to team members.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management. (10 year minimum)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and codes.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical plans, and specifications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
Experience with all phases of residential and specialized construction projects.
