The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and improvements of inpatient units in various contracted settings, personally or through subordinate supervisors. Develops long range plans, conceptual designs, capital outlay requirements and documentation for facilities. Inspects construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications, State and Federal Hospice Regulations, and Building Code requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates must have three to five years experience as a Facilities Manager/Director in a hospital or healthcare environment required. Must have knowledge of healthcare regulations for inpatient unit facilities. Experience in construction and ability to read blueprints required. Position requires 50% travel.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree required.
