ODOT transportation design in Oregon and Washington. The successful
candidate will have a diverse background with design and management
experience, capable of guiding staff development and a desire to expand
these skills. Demonstrated experience working within transportation
projects from conception through construction across a variety of
delivery methods is desirable. Otak is preparing the following projects
and would be excited to have you be a part of them! - Multiple single
span local agency highway crossings. - 500 foot long 4 span pedestrian
bridge. - Owner\'s representation role on major Columbia River
Crossing. - Bridge inspection services. - Opportunities at National
Parks, nationwide. What you\'ll do: - Design and manage regional bridge
and structures designs needed in support of both public and private
clients. - Lead business development efforts for bridges and structures
in Oregon and Washington. - Assist in mentorship and assigning duties
and schedules to team members. - Participate and support preparing
proposals and project scope, schedule, and budget. - Opportunity to
strengthen client relationships and translate that to business
development. What you\'ll bring: - Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil
Engineering required. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Public
highway bridge design and construction support projects. - Oregon and/or
Washington Professional Engineer License required (or can be
obtained). - Washington Structural Engineer (Desirable). Relationships
with Oregon and/or Washington local and state agencies. Excellent
written and verbal communications skills. Desire to teach and mentor
junior staff in engineering, technical and business practices. Strong

shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon
candidate experience, qualifications, and work location as well as
market and business considerations. Salary range: \$120,000 - \$155,000
