Astute's Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a growing Electrical & Renewable Energy business committed to sustainability and professional development to recruit a Renewables Electrician across the Hampshire and Surrey regions.

This strategically important Renewables Electrician position offers a competitive salary of 37,500 - 42,500, a company vehicle with fuel card, laptop, phone, relevant tools and test equipment, and access to long-term progression opportunities.

Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to Senior Management you will:

* Deliver electrical installations of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems across commercial and domestic sites.

* Carry out general electrical works and full system commissioning.

* Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), testing, and inspection duties.

* Use app-based software for certificates and handover documentation.

* Ensure compliance with company RAMS and site safety standards.

* Work closely with the installations team and maintain a professional, client-facing attitude.

* Be flexible to support wider business needs as required.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

* 18th Edition qualified Electrician.

* Full UK driving licence.

* NVQ Level 3 Electrician

* City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection or willing to work towards it.

* Experience in Solar PV installations (preferred but not essential).

* Competency in testing, inspection, and reporting using app-based tools.

* Willingness to support NIC/EIC compliance and accreditation.
