We prefer applicants with a clean criminal & driving record, but we will

*This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, the ability

to work independently, as part of a team, and desire push personal

quality to the max to ensure that all installations are completed

efficiently and in compliance with company standards, codes and safety

regulations.*

**Duties:**

- Installation of all types of heating, cooling, and ventilation

systems in residential and commercial

- buildings including VRF & Mini Splits.

- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including air

conditioning units and

- refrigeration systems.

- Collaborate with other installers to design and implement effective

HVAC solutions.

- Conduct inspections of installed systems to verify compliance with

company standards, local

- codes and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

during installations and repairs.

- (Company phones and tablets are issued and required to be used

daily.)

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns

and answering questions

- regarding HVAC systems.

**Skills:**

- Knowledgeable in plumbing techniques related to HVAC installations.

- Ability to braze components as needed for system installations or

repairs.

- Familiarity with press fittings is a plus.

- Strong mechanical skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting

complex issues.

- Experience in Manual J calculations is preferred.

- Capable of designing efficient HVAC solutions tailored to specific

client needs.

- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.

- Good job preparation skills. (Preparing ahead for each install is an

important part of the job.)

- Must have tools required for installation and refrigerant related

tasks.
