*This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, the ability

to work independently, as part of a team, and desire push personal

quality to the max to ensure that all installations are completed

efficiently and in compliance with company standards, codes and safety

regulations.*

**Duties:**

- Service and maintenance of all types of heating, cooling, and

ventilation systems in residential and commercial buildings

including VRF & Mini Splits.

- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, including air

conditioning units and refrigeration systems.

- Collaborate with other technicians to determine and implement

effective HVAC solutions.

- Conduct inspections of equipment to verify compliance with company

standards, local codes and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

during installations and repairs. *(Company phones and tablets are

issued and required to be used daily.)*

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns

and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.

**Skills:**

- Knowledgeable in plumbing techniques related to HVAC repairs.

- Ability to braze components as needed for system installations or

repairs.

- Familiarity with press fittings is a plus.

- Strong mechanical skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting

complex issues.

- Capable of designing efficient HVAC solutions tailored to specific

client needs.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

- Good job preparation skills. (*Preparing ahead for each day is an
