Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT REQUIRED; PE preferred
• 3+ years of experience in land development REQUIRED
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Understanding of the local and state permitting process in PA
• Ability to work on a team with other employees, as well as independently when needed

Job Description/Duties:

• Will be working with Senior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects in and around the state
• Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
• Prepare and complete E&S control plans as well as permit packages
• Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
• Assist PM to ensure project deadlines are met
• Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
