Responsibilities

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
• Working with automated systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• Adhering to food safety standards and GMP.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
• For Senior Mechanic roles, strong troubleshooting skills, ability to interpret schematics, and mentoring experience.
