About the Role:
Were looking for a skilled Craftsman/Handyman to join our team and deliver high-quality home repairs and maintenance. Youll work independently and with a team on a wide range of tasksfrom minor fixes to larger improvement projectswhile ensuring 5-star customer experiences. What Youll Do:

• Perform home repairs, maintenance, and improvements for commercial and residential customers
• Troubleshoot issues, assess repair requirements, and provide customer-friendly solutions
• Communicate clearly with clients and team while delivering 5-star experiences
• Use your own tools to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Navigate maps and service routes efficiently

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem solver
• Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Own truck/van, valid drivers license, and clean driving record
• Must own personal tools

Preferred Skills:

• Carpentry, drywall, painting, framing, deck work
• Siding, soffit, fascia, gutter repairs
• Window/door installs, fence repair, furniture assembly
• Light concrete, tuckpointing, and general handyman tasks
