A growing environmental services company is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee and execute land management and native planting projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This position blends project coordination, client communication, and in-the-field leadership.
Responsibilities:
Manage 5–10 field restoration projects per year, including timelines, budgets, and client communications
Coordinate with field crews and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards
Serve as the primary client point of contact during active project phases
Oversee logistics for materials, labor, and site access
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in field-based project or site management (landscaping, forestry, conservation, or construction)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read site plans, interpret scopes of work, and manage project timelines
Willingness to work in outdoor, physically demanding conditions
Bachelor’s degree preferred (environmental sciences, construction management, forestry, or related)
- Must live or be willing to relocate to Southeastern Pennsylvania
