General Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in assembling custom window frames from start to finish. This role involves using tape measures and other measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications, performing quality checks on all completed windows, and utilizing table saws, hand tools, and power tools such as air nailers. You will also be responsible for moving windows over 50lbs using carts and material handling equipment and performing final quality checks before shipment. Additional general labor tasks will be part of the responsibilities as required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.
+ Utilize measurement tools to ensure precision in parts.
+ Perform quality checks on completed windows.
+ Operate table saws and various hand and power tools.
+ Move windows weighing over 50lbs throughout the facility.
+ Conduct final quality checks before preparing windows for shipment.
+ Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least one year of production/manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
+ Capability to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift.
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform tasks while seated or bending over.
+ Willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in assembly, finishing, grinding, and blueprint reading.
+ Openness to working overtime and additional hours.
