The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. This position will also assist with Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Utilize project management software such as and HeavyBid to track project progress and resources. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Collaborate with engineers and architects to review schematics and design plans. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate budget forecasts. Manage documentation related to project specifications, including Prolog for project control. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow on construction sites. Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
