Job Summary

QLM is currently seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to support a long term Water Treatment Plant project in Fort Myers!

Pay Range

$35-$40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Superintendent with day-to-day project supervision

* Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and inspectors to maintain project flow

* Monitor field productivity, safety, and quality

* Assist with scheduling, material deliveries, and work sequencing

* Ensure work complies with project plans, specs, and safety regulations

* Help resolve on-site issues and keep progress on track

Requirements:

* Field experience in heavy civil or utility construction

* Previous experience working on water/wastewater treatment plants preferred

* Strong understanding of site work, piping systems, concrete, and mechanical installations

* Ability to read blueprints and construction schedules

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
