Job Summary

QLM is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to join our team on a long-term Water Treatment Plant project in Fort Myers.

Pay Range

$30-$35 per hour

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily pipe crew activities

* Interpret blueprints and project specifications

* Ensure proper installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems

* Enforce job site safety policies and procedures

* Coordinate with project managers and inspectors

* Track materials, equipment, and manpower usage

* Assist in problem-solving and resolving on-site issues

Requirements:

* Foreman or crew lead experience

* Strong knowledge of water and sewer pipe installation

* Ability to read and interpret civil drawings

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
