Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer for the CMC (Ceramic Matrix Composite) team in East Hartford, CT. The Project Engineer will work closely with IPTL to track and drive team objectives. Job responsibilities include: Coordinate design, fabrication, and validation of CMC specimens Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements and budgets for assigned projects Support the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Identify and manage risks and opportunities for projects Forecast project commitments and expenditures Maintain and present plans and progress reports relating to the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met Ensure successful project completion including holding team members accountable to their commitments Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) 2 years of experience in engineering with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
