We're searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion in the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services sector. Responsibilities:
Unearth new leads and dominate market opportunities in commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential sectors.
Forge powerful connections with developers, architects, general contractors, and facility owners.
Craft winning proposals and negotiate lucrative contracts for comprehensive engineering services.
Be the face of the brand at industry events, amplifying our visibility and influence.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
A degree is preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development within the AEC industry, ideally selling MEP and Fire Protection engineering services.
A track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the design and construction process.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that build instant rapport.
A self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach with a burning desire to succeed.
