Project Manager

Seeking a qualified Project Manager for a large Commercial General Contractor in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Renovations and new construction. Minimum 5 years experience required. Construction management degree preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects. Must be experienced in plans and specification review, submittals, project scheduling, knowledge of subcontract writing, material procurement, pre-qualification of subcontractors and suppliers. Computer skills are a must and you must be willing to learn our software systems in project management, scheduling and communication.
