Job Description
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
$28+ per hour
Pacific Outdoor Living in Sun Valley, CA, is looking for a foreman to manage a crew within our waterscape division. We are a leading landscape and design company with an excellent reputation. Our mission is to create amazing outdoor spaces with the utmost quality and speed, through innovative systems, to the total delight of the customer. Our waterscapes division focuses on water features such as ponds, fountains, waterfalls, and natural pools for residential and commercial properties.
Requirements:
7+ years of construction experience preferably in landscape or masonry
Ability to run a team of crew members to get the job done on time
A desire to grow within our company
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (Spanish) is necessary
Monday through Saturday work schedule
Duties:
Oversee daily operations on jobsites
Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and expectations
Train and motivate crew members to maintain productivity and quality
Benefits:
