Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Commercial Electricians and Top Helpers for projects in Newberry, FL. We're looking for dependable, safety-focused workers who can handle all phases of electrical installation and assist crews to keep the job moving on time.

Work Scope Includes:

• Bending and installing conduit according to layout

• Pulling wire for power, lighting, and controls

• Installing fixtures, panels, breakers, switches, and receptacles

• Performing tie-ins and terminations as needed

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings (Mechanics)

• Assisting journeymen with tasks as needed (Top Helpers)

• Maintaining a safe and clean work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial electrician or top helper

• Must have experience bending conduit and pulling wire

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Ability to read and work from construction drawings (Mechanics)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
