WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

We're hiring a Project Manager for our commercial roofing team at Weather Shield Roofing Systems! You'll play a key role in scheduling, team leadership, and communication ensuring every job runs smoothly and every customer feels confident and cared for.

You'll also:

• Forecast & Prioritize - Manage long-term project planning and schedule field crews accordingly.
• Own Communication - Keep customers informed on next steps, timelines, and progress throughout each job.
• Lead & Support Teams - Coordinate daily with Superintendents and Customer Care Coordinators to solve problems and deliver results.
• Ensure Materials Are Ready - Make sure supplies are ordered, delivered, and available when and where they're needed.
• Drive Project Plans - Develop and track detailed task plans to keep jobs moving forward efficiently.
• LMA's - Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable to company standards and goals.
• Own IP Relationships - Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with our Installation Partners.
• Execute Seamless Installation of Jobs - Oversee projects from start to finish to ensure smooth, high-quality execution.
• Lead World-Class Safety Effort - Uphold and promote a safety-first culture on every job site.
• Provide an Effortless Customer Experience - Deliver a consistent, positive, and worry-free experience for every customer.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

Comfortable working in both office and rooftop environments.

Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for timelines and details.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Financial acumen to understand job costs and budgets

High-level planning and probelm-solving skills

Ability to connect with and influence building owners, executive leaders, and maintenance employees throughout the roofing process.

Ability to lead and manage a team

4+ years of experience in roofing production or project management in construction or related field.

• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Roofing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or relevant certifications are a plus.
