Position Summary:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Your primary goal will be to provide every customer with a high-quality experience, adhering to our company's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including checking electrical components, refrigerant levels, air filters, and overall system performance.
  
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and air conditioning units.
  
  
• Educate customers on proper system operation and maintenance.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of all service performed.
  
  
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential setting.
  
  
• strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components.
  
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
  
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  
  
• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Universal) are a plus.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Experience as a service technician
• Must be proficient in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units
• Technician must be able to complete approved repairs, improvements and maintenance within industry standards
• Able to perform maintenance, service and trouble shoot HVAC equipment
• Must be driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
• The technician will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
• Customer service skills required to communicate effectively with customers
• Clean equipment/work area and complete all paperwork required by management
• Maintain truck inventory, while keeping assigned service vehicle organized and clean

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
