Your Role: Lead with Vision and Deliver with Impact

As a Condition Assessment Project Manager , you will:

  • Deliver Excellence : Manage projects from scope and fee negotiation through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Inspire Teams : Mentor high-performing professionals who are passionate about solving complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Drive Growth : Expand Woolperts SSES (Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Studies) and water/wastewater condition assessment services.
  • Win Work : Support business development efforts with local and state agencies, water authorities, and sewer districts.
  • Represent Woolpert : Serve as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

What You Bring to the Table

Were looking for a driven, strategic, and technically sound leader with:

  • Education & Experience :
    • BA/BS and 16+ years related experience
  • Expertise :
    • Subject Matter Expert in wastewater collection systems, water distribution, SSES, and condition assessment
    • Proven ability to manage technical teams and project delivery
  • Leadership :
    • Demonstrated success in mentoring and building high-performing teams
    • Proactive management style and innovative thinking
  • Business Acumen :
    • Strong client relationship management
    • Experience negotiating project schedules, fees, and contracts
  • Communication Skills :
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities
    • Ability to represent Woolpert in client and public forums
  • Tech & Travel :
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Willing to travel 20% to meet client and project needs
