Were a woman-owned and operated remodeling company seeking a skilled and motivated carpenter to join our team for ongoing residential remodeling projects. Work includes all phases of remodeling.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right individualwith potential to grow into a leadership or partnership role within the company.

Interior prep and painting

Flooring-
Vinyl plank (LVP/LVT)
Laminate, hardwood, and engineered wood
Tile setting
Underlayment and transitions

Exterior Carpentry & Siding-
Window installation (including flashing and casing)
Siding installation (Hardie, cedar, vinyl)
Fascia and soffit repairs

Deck construction-
Framing
Decking
Railing installation

Bath to Shower Conversions-
Tub removal and area prep
Waterproofing and shower pan installation
Backer board and tile setting
Shower surround installation (fiberglass, acrylic, or tile)
Plumbing fixture installation
Enclosure or glass door install

Demo & Prep-
Safe demolition of finishes and fixtures
Dust control and surface protection
Clean-up and haul-off

Framing-
Non-structural framing (partition walls, soffits, blocking)
Structural framing (load-bearing walls, beam installation, headers)

General Remodeling Tasks-
Material takeoffs and ordering
Reading plans and scopes of work
Punch list completion
