Plant Services General Foreman

Chemical production facility located in Mobile, AL is currently looking for a full-time Plant Services General Foreman.

The Plant Services Manager oversees and supports multiple departments including operations, packaging, warehousing, logistics, and housekeeping. The Plant Services Manager is responsible for ensuring each department understands and adheres to Company and Client policies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a safety role model; ensuring that each team member is aware of our safety policies and individual responsibilities.
• Identify, track, and communicate department specific safety-related KPIs.
• Perform regular audits with members of Services Leadership Team to ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency.
• Review and enhance Company and Client SOPs.
• Facilitate and lead regular business meeting with Client management teams.
• Assist in developing budgets based on client requests.
• Identify and enhance critical needs for company/client processes.
• Recruit, develop, and coach department supervisors.
• Assist in recruiting/staffing based on client needs.
• Develop custom training programs based on company/client procedures and policies.
• Facilitate and lead department-related incident investigations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Leadership/Management experience.
• Great communication skills (written & spoken).
• Experience in developing procedures and training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft; Word, Excel, TEAMS, etc.
  • Experience in SAP preferred.

40+ Hrs weekly

Requirements:
