Who You'll Work With

We are looking for a strategic and solutions-oriented Marketing Technical Project Manager to support service delivery across multiple facets of a modern marketing organization. This role will help shape how campaigns are executed, how content is produced and scaled, and how Adobe solutions are leveraged to deliver efficient, personalized, and data-driven customer experiences.

Operating at the intersection of marketing, operations, and technology, this individual will serve as a critical bridge between day-to-day marketing operators and the teams building systems to support them. This is a high-impact, high-velocity role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity, and advocates for the needs of modern marketers amid an ongoing transformation of the marketing operating model.

As part of a marketing transformation effort, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning campaign managers, creative studio leads, martech specialists, and engineering teams. You will serve as an embedded advisor within the marketing organization, aligning stakeholders across people, processes, and platforms to enable personalized, data-driven marketing at scale.

This role will support content service delivery, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed with precision, visibility, and strategic alignment across platforms. You'll also work closely with technical delivery teams to ensure that marketing requirements are clearly represented and influence the design of scalable systems and workflows. Your role will help ensure that Adobe products are activated in ways that truly serve the business and empower marketing teams to move faster and smarter.

What You'll Do

  • Support and lead a variety of marketing operational activities spanning the entire marketing lifecycle
  • Act as a liason between marketing operators and technical teams, helping translate marketer needs into scalable systems and tools that drive meausrable impact
  • Provide guidance across the full marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and content creation to publishing, reuse, and performance analysis.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly AEM and Adobe Analytics; familiarity with Adobe Target and Workfront is a plus
  • Drive adoption of Marketo
  • Partner with studio leads and marketing ops teams to optimize content readiness workflows, campaign enablement processes, and operational visibility
  • Identify friction points across the content supply chain and contribute to the development of modernized playbooks, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Champion best practices in marketing governance, performance tracking, and operational excellence across campaign efforts

What You'll Bring

  • 5+years of experience in technical program management, marketing consulting, or campaign operations in a complex, matrixed ogranization
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience products, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and/or Marketo; certificatons are a plus
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering digital initiatives in a complex, matrixed B2B environment
  • Deep familiarity with content operations and campaign worklfows-from intake and creation to approval, publishing, and measurement

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, pay range is $80/hr to $90/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
