Supervisor - Carpentry, plumbing and electricity.

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily renovation and maintenance of the property
Manage any refreshing or renovation of the apartment units
Address majority of the maintenance issues by himself/herself
Be able to do carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical work
For remaining portion of the work, coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Occasionally help out
Assist office with filling out necessary paperwork for tenants, etc.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Skills:
Experience in residential maintenance and knowledge of general handyman work, plumbing, painting, carpentry, knowledge in minor electrical work, etc
Have working set of tools
Working Truck
Experience in construction industry is a plus
