ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Perform electrical installations, including wiring, conduit, electrical panels, and other related systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems with machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to identify potential issues before they cause disruptions.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring that all electrical systems are safely and properly connected.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production staff to support the overall operation of the facility.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
- Valid electrician's license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
5am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and select Saturdays
