Machine Operator

Operator Job Description Join our client as an Operator. The schedule involves two days on, two days off, and three days on repeat, working every other weekend. This role offers a dynamic work environment across three departments: Mixing, Coding, and Production. Responsibilities Prepare equipment and materials for production. Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, input materials, and monitor defects/loss for continuous self-inspection of the product. Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System). Track all non-conformations and scraps. Wear a full mask respirator while dumping powders into bins for the mixing process. Handle potential contact with chemicals, ensuring proper use of PPE. Manage the coding process, including handling hot oven environments when required. Assist in lifting and guiding heavy reels, using machinery for support. Essential Skills At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Ability to adapt to PPE requirements and environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfort with walking long distances within a large facility. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility is enormous, requiring significant walking between buildings and within the plant. The department is a clean room, necessitating garb and beard net if applicable. It is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, emphasizing the 5S3K standards. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, Michigan. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
