need electrician for Enphase solar installation

un need electrician for Enphase solar installation (south bay area) compensation: I am OK to work with them on contract or services provided based on time spent basis. Need an electrician who is familiar with Electrical part of Solar Panel installations for Enphase and their batteries. The solar panels will be installed on roof by other installers and then the wires will be brought down. I need an electrician who is familiar with Enphase Combiners, System Controllers Batteries, Load Center and Feedback breakers. The electrician should be able to finish the electrical part and then be present for inspections. The electrician should be licensed.
