Apply now.Construction Sales Engineer - Low/Medium Voltage SwitchgearThis position will be remoteA inA the Atlanta, GA market.Role DescriptionDistributor & Contractor Support:Develop and support strong relationships with distributors and electrical contractors to drive project wins through the construction channel.Market Presence:Maintain a strong presence in the Atlanta, GA market, promoting Siemens products and solutions to achieve market share growth. You will provide market presence and channel support in the fore mentioned market servicing to achieve share growth.Sales Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing existing customer accounts.Strategic Account Planning:Develop and implement strategic account plans to exceed targets in revenue retention, account growth, and customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads and managing existing customer base.Technical Product Support:Provide product expertise for a wide range of Siemens products, including Panelboards, Switchboards, Medium Voltage Gear, Lighting Panels, Low Voltage Switchgear, Busway, Motor Control Centers, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, IEC/NEMA Control, Safety Switches, and Residential Products. Building long term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners and channel.Relationship Building:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners, and channel partners.You will win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and related work experience will also be considered.5+ years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution product line.Ability to travel 5% of the time.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Preferred Qualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering.Experience in sales or business development within the Low/Medium Voltage power distribution market.Familiarity with CRM systems like SieSales for tracking opportunities and forecasting.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
