We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber (Installer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial buildings. This includes working with pipes, fixtures (sinks, toilets, bathtubs), and appliances, ensuring all work meets safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install new plumbing systems in new constructions or renovations for residential and commercial projects.

-Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipes with precision.

-Connect fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.

-Follow blueprints, specifications, and building codes diligently.

-Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.

-Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate smoothly.

-Clear clogged drains and replace damaged components.

-Analyze plumbing problems based on symptoms and determine effective solutions.

-Implement repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.

-Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and explain repair or installation procedures.

-Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Licensing:

-Must be licensed by the TSBPE

Technical Skills:

-Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans

-Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (pipe cutters, wrenches, soldering tools)

-Familiarity with various pipe materials and their appropriate applications
