Mechanical Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to review submittals and shop drawings, perform daily quality checks, and inspect and test mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to read CD sets accurately and have a strong knowledge of mechanical design and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Review submittals and shop drawings.
  • Read and interpret CD sets.
  • Perform daily onsite quality checks.
  • Inspect and test mechanical equipment.
Essential Skills
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design and HVAC systems.
  • Experience with commissioning and design processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in managing punch lists.
  • Document control expertise for CD sets.
  • Open to candidates with backgrounds as Mechanical Inspector or Commissioning Engineer.
Work Environment

This role will be based onsite at the Federal Reserve building, with working hours from 7 am to 4 pm. The candidate will be expected to conduct inspections and testing in a professional setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
