Alfonso Architects is an award-winning architectural firm with a diverse portfolio including Hospitality, Higher Education, Commercial, Museum, and Residential projects. We are seeking a highly qualified Project Architect and a highly qualified Interior Designer to join our team located in Tampa, Florida. The focus of these positions includes developing design concepts, delivering precise construction documents, and participation in the construction administration process. These positions require collaborating with internal team members and external consultants to ensure the high standard of design excellence for which Alfonso Architects is known.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in all project delivery processes for mid-to-large scale projects

Collaborate with other professionals, internal and external

Develop, document, and implement design concepts through detailing, material selections, code compliance, and quality control

Produce high quality construction documents with a strong sensitivity to design

Coordinate with required project consultants

Participate in all phases of project communication

REQUIRED SKILLS

Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to interface with clients, employees, and consultants

High proficiency in:

AutoCAD

Rhino

REVIT

InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University

3 years, 5 years, and 10 years of experience in architectural detailing and documentation will be considered.

Professional registration is not a pre-requisite for these positions.

SALARY/COMPENSATION
