You'll support multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction, apply creative problem-solving to real-world challenges, and help deliver high-quality engineering solutions for our clients.

THE VALUE YOU BRING:
Prepare civil design plans and specifications, engineering estimates, and technical reports
Support environmental documentation and permit applications
Assist in construction oversight and inspections
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex design and operational issues
Engage with clients, agencies, and communities to communicate solutions
Contribute to proposal development and client relationships
Perform other duties as assigned.
THE EXPERTISE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus)
Minimum 5 years of civil engineering design experience
P.E. license in Hawaii preferred (or ability to obtain)
Strong design skills and sound engineering judgment
Experience in structural analysis/design or coastal projects is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desire to work on diverse, meaningful projects in a flexible work environment
