Essential Functions and Duties:

Framer:

Construct floor systems, walls, and roofs based on blueprints and project specifications

Install structural components including windows, doors, and support framing

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively on the job site

Maintain productivity and meet deadlines while working efficiently

Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Finish Carpenter:

Install interior trim, baseboards, cabinetry, doors, and windows with high attention to detail

Follow finish schedules, blueprints, and layout plans accurately

Deliver quality craftsmanship in all phases of interior finish work

Work independently or as part of a team to complete detailed carpentry tasks

Coordinate with other trades to maintain workflow and quality standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential construction (framing or finish carpentry)

Proficient in using tools, reading plans, and working efficiently

Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety

Reliable transportation and solid work ethic

Ability to work outdoors year-round
