Role: AEM Architect

Location: San Antonio TX - Onsite

Duration: Long Term

We are seeking a hands-on AEM Architect with deep expertise in integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using headless CMS capabilities . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content architecture, API integration, and delivering scalable solutions using AEM s headless and hybrid models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of AEM headless CMS integrations across client applications
• Architect content models and structures for JSON-based content delivery
• Collaborate with frontend teams to enable content consumption through APIs (GraphQL/REST)
• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and services
• Provide architectural guidance on scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Support teams in best practices for decoupled frontend development (React, Angular, etc.)
• Ensure secure and efficient content delivery through experience fragments or content services

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development
• 2+ years working with headless CMS approaches
• Proven experience with AEM Content Services, GraphQL, and SPA Editor
• Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR
• Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems via APIs
• Ability to define and manage content delivery architecture in a headless environment
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and how they consume headless CMS data
