Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing will design, install, and maintain electrical systems for production equipment, helping to improve performance and minimize downtime in a hands-on, industrial environment. They will work closely with other engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure everything meets safety standards.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an electrical engineer
• Experience with electrical system design, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, VFDs, and SCADA systems
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system layouts
• Experience with low voltage (120, 208, 480V), 3-phase systems

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or currently pursuing certification
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices
• Prior experience with WET processing or vacuum deposition tools
• Background in managing electrical aspects of capital projects
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site full-time
