• Lead project teams, subcontractor coordination, and schedule adherence

• Ensure quality, safety, and cost controls across all phases

• Maintain strong communication with owners, designers, and field staff

• Special focus on MEP coordination and mission-critical systems

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Direct experience managing data center or other mission-critical facility projects

• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and client relations

• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
